The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on voter registration to make electoral register Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, 4, 21; 2006, nr. 12. no; 2008, no. 16) follows: 1. Article 6, first paragraph: Add to part with 8.1 points as follows: ' 81) address in the prisons to which kinds of documents for voting by mail, if the voter logged on to vote by mail; "

3.
