The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on diplomatic passport" make law "on diplomatic passport" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, nr. 10; 2005; 2006, nr. 24, 9. no) the following amendments: 1. Express article 2 by the following: ' article 2. Diplomatic passports shall be issued and their records perform Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia. "
2. in article 3: to make paragraph 3 by the following: 3) to the Prime Minister, Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries concerned; ";
replace 7. and in paragraph 11 the word "minor" with the words "dependent".
3. Put article 5 by the following: "article 5. If the diplomatic passport is lost, stolen, or destroyed, you should immediately notify the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia and abroad-Latvian diplomatic or consular representation. "
4. in article 6: make the first paragraph by the following: "the diplomatic passport text is Latvian, English and French.";
to turn off the second part.
The Parliament adopted the law of 26 February 2009.
