The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on referendum and initiation of the law" to make the law "on referendum and the law" on the internal (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, 9. no; 1995, no. 17; 1998, nr. 19; 2003, 12, 19; 2006, nr. 10. no; 2008, 7 no) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the third subparagraph of article 18.
2. Add to article 20 of the fourth subparagraph by the following: "(4) persons who as a security feature applied to the detention or serving custodial sentences, the related vote parliamentary election is organised in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law."
The Parliament adopted the law of 26 February 2009.
