The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on press and other media" make law "on press and other media" (the Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1991, 5./6.nr.; The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1997, no. 11; in 2002, 2., no. 13; 2005, no. 24; 2006, no. 14) following amendment: Add to the third paragraph of article 9 to the third sentence by the following: "for media recording and registration of the deliverable state fee is payable, the amount of the payment order and relief shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers."
The Parliament adopted the law of 26 March 2009.
In place of the President of the parliamentary President G. Lot in Riga 2009. on 8 April, the Editorial Note: the law shall enter into force on 22 April 2009.
