The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: law on elections to the European Parliament in the European Parliament election Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, no. 5; 2006, nr. 10; 2008, nr. 24) the following amendments: 1. Express article 31 the first part as follows: "(1) If a voter on election day will not be able to vote, he can vote in advance within three days before the general election day-polling station that the list of voters is registered. Precinct hours previous voting days is: from 17.00 to 20.00-Wednesday; Thursday: from 9.00 to 12.00 o'clock; Friday: from 10.00 to 16.00 o'clock. During this time, the electoral precinct Commission work in no less than four people. Notice of the precinct (precinct) location and working hours of the post at the municipal buildings, as well as all of the municipal administrative territory created in the polling stations. "
2. Express article 39 the third paragraph as follows: "(3) the election materials packed storage and monitoring break provides the Central Election Commission."
The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
The law adopted by the Parliament of 2009. on 23 April.
