The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of Moricsal nature reserve in Moricsal nature reserve of the Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2000, no. 9) the following amendments: 1. The Parliament adopted the law in 2009 on April 30.

from 7 to 8: from the Engure River along the coast of the Lake USMA Dzirkaļrag's far South point;
8. to 1., from the southern point of Dzirkaļrag along the lake shore to the Usm starting point Elkrag.
3. Reserve limit USMA Lake coincides with the years of the average water level in the Lake.
