The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law of Punishment register to make the punishment register Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2005, nr. 21; 2007, 12 no) following amendment: Express article 18, second subparagraph by the following: "(2) the State fee for the reception of messages from the registry are exempt: 1) State and local government authorities;
2) credit and insurance business operators who carried life insurance, if the information is required on the Crime of money laundering and terrorist financing Prevention Act requirements. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
The Parliament adopted the law of 28 May 2009.
