The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on the premises of a hydroelectric waterworks safety" do the law "on the premises of a hydroelectric waterworks safety" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no 2; 2004, nr. 8; 2005, no. 22) following amendment: replace the words "throughout the Act state building inspection" (fold) with the words "public service Regulatory Commission" (fold).
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
