The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of energy to make the Energy Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, nr. 20; 2000, no. 17; 2001, no. 12; 2005, 8, 13, 14; 2008. no no) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the article 1, paragraph 20, the words "or municipal".
2. Replace article 82, first and second paragraph, the words "national būvinspekcij" with the words "public service Regulatory Commission".
3. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 20: "this Law Amendment 20 article 1, point 20 in relation to the word" or "exclusion of a municipality shall enter into force on 1 January 2009 in November."
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
