The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of military service to do military service Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 14; 2003, 2, 15; 2004, nr. 14. No; 2005; 2006, 8 No No 14; 2007; 2008 to 10. No, no 3; 2009, no. 2) amendments are as follows: 1. Article 52: make two part 1, 2 and 3 as follows : "1) (I) disability-50 last month a soldier's salary, but not more than 30 000 lats;
2) Group II disability-40 last month a soldier's salary, but not more than 20 000 lats;
3) disability-III 20 soldiers last month's salary, but not more than 10 000 lats. ";
replace the sixth subparagraph of paragraph 2, the words "and 50 000 lats, but no less than soldiers last month's salary" 120 the words and figures "soldiers last month's wage, 120 and not more than 50 000 lats;
replace the sixth subparagraph in paragraph 3, the words and figures "soldiers last month's salary in the amount of 120, but no less than 2500 dollars for each dependant" with the words and figures "soldiers last month's wage, 120 and not more than 50 000 lats".
2. Turn off the ninth article 53 and 9.1.
3. Add to article 75 of the first part with 7.1 points as follows: ' 71) monthly salary reduction to 20 percent for a period of not more than six months; ".
4. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 18: "18. Single interest-free loan, which the officer received up to 30 June 2009, in concluding the contract for it to be released in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Treaty."
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
