The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of universities to make the University Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1996, nr. 1; 1997, no. 3; 2001, nr. 1; 2003; 2004, nr. 12, 13; 2006, nr. 8. No; 2007, nr. 6, 11., 15. no; 2008; 2009, no. 2) amendments are as follows: 1. Replace the words "the whole law of National Education Inspection" (fold) with the words "quality public services" (fold).
2. Replace article 8, first paragraph, the words "Ministry of education and science" with the words "Cabinet" specific institutions.
3. in article 8.4: replace the second sentence of the sixth paragraph, the words "Ministry of education and science" with the words "Cabinet specified institutions";
off the seventh part.
4. Replace article 46 in the fifth paragraph, the words "educational content and examination Center" with the words "the national education centre for the content".
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
