The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of work Amendments to make labor law (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no. 15; 2003; 2004, nr. 2, 5., 10., 12. No; 2005, 22 No 21 No 2006;) such an amendment: Add to transitional provisions with paragraph 9 by the following: "9. In statutory redundancy pay, allowances, benefits, continue the relationship of the number of employees in the event of a reduction in respect of the law" on national and local government bodies and officials of employee remuneration in 2009. " These State and local authority staff from 29 June 2009 to 2009 December 31 is determined according to the law "on national and local government bodies and officials of employee remuneration in 2009."
The law shall enter into force on 29 June 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
