The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the Ministry of the Interior system of authorities and prison administration with a special service officer grade in the course of the service, to do the Interior Ministry system and the institutions of the prison administration with a special service officer grade in the course of the Service Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, No 14; 2008, 12, no. 16; 2009, 2., 3., 9. 10. No.) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the article 5, first paragraph, the words and the number "and article 37 of this law, the sixth part of the allowance".
2. Turn off the sixth article 37.
3. transitional provisions: off, second sentence;
turn 6 and 7;
transitional provisions be supplemented with 10.2 point as follows: "2009 and 10.2 in 2010 official leave without pay service and the intake compensation save for a period of up to 30 calendar days in a year may also be granted after authorities driving initiatives."
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
