The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on entry into force of the criminal law and the application of" do the law "on entry into force of the criminal law and application procedures" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 23; 1999, 7, no; 2000, No 14; 2002, 12, No 23, no 2; 2003; 2007, 6, 12, 13; 2008 no no) following amendment: replace the transitional provisions of the third sentence of paragraph 1, the word "the" with the words "below average".
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 16 June 2009.
