The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on general education done in the General Education Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1999, 14, 17, 21; 2000, no. 15, no. 19; 2002, nr. 24; 2004, nr. 20; 2005, no. 14, no. 22; 2007; 2008; 2009, 23 no no 2) follows: 1. in article 4 (3): turn off;
Add to article 3.1 paragraph by the following: "31) defines the procedure for the calculation and allocation of the national budget of the municipality of mērķdotācij General of primary and general secondary education teachers ' wages;";
turn 4 and 14.
2. Turn off 21.1 article.
3. Replace article 22, second paragraph, the words "five-year-old and a baby sešgadīg to minimum educational program" with the words "Sešgadīg children's educational programme".
4. Turn article 23.
5. Replace article 24, first paragraph, the words "five-year-old and the child sešgadīg the mandatory preparation school" with the words "sešgadīg the preparation of children for school."
6. turn off the third subparagraph of article 62, paragraph 2.
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 16 June 2009.
