The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of the equipment cabinet to make the Cabinet equipment Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2008, no. 13, no. 2, 2009; Latvian journal, 2009, 89 no). the amendments are as follows: 1. to turn off the second part;
make the third paragraph as follows: "(3) a member of the Cabinet or the Parliamentary Secretary after he ceased to hold office, the cost of compensation in the amount of one monthly salary. Compensation shall not be paid if the Member of the Cabinet of Ministers or the Parliamentary Secretary post loss member of Parliament at the time. "
in the fourth paragraph, replace the words "the said compensation shall not initiate or terminate" with the words "the said compensation shall not be paid well then";
turn off the fifth.
2. Turn off the transition rules 2, 3, and 5.
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 16 June 2009.
