The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of road use charges make road use fees Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2009, no. 2) amendments are as follows: 1. to make the fourth subparagraph by the following: "(4) a decision on the repayment of fees adopted by the administrator. Fee refunded from the National Ministry of transport general national road fund of the same revenue 15 days after paying reasonable fees for the application administrator. "
2. the provisions of the law put into force by the following: "the law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011."
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 29 June 2009.
