The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: State and local professional Orchestra, choir, koncertorganizācij, theater and circus artists retirement pension law to make State and local professional Orchestra, choir, koncertorganizācij, theater and circus artists of the retirement pensions Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, nr. 14; 2007, nr. 24) the following amendments: transitional provisions: replace the words "transitional provisions" with the words "transitional provisions";
believe the current transitional provisions the transitional provisions of the text of paragraph 1;
transitional provisions be supplemented with 2, 3 and 4 by the following: "2. From 1 July 2009 to 2012 December 31 retirement pension paid 90% of the article 7 of this law, first and second parts, in the order of the calculated retirement pension.
3. From 1 July 2009 to 2012 December 31 retirement pension beneficiary, who in July 1, 2009 is a worker or self-employed, with the exception of article 10 of this law in the first part of the event as defined in paragraph 2, conversion of the retirement pension and reduced by 70% of the calculated retirement pension. The amount of the retirement pension shall be renewable with the first date of the month following the month in which the person stops generating revenue as a worker or self-employed.
4. From 1 July 2009 to 2012 December 31 retirement pension beneficiary who becomes self-employed workers, with the exception of article 10 of this law in the first part of the case provided for in point 2, with the first date of the month following the month in which the retirement pension beneficiary become workers or self-employed, the retirement pension shall be recalculated and reduced by 70% of the calculated retirement pension. The amount of the retirement pension shall be renewable with the first date of the month following the month in which the person stops generating revenue as a worker or self-employed. "
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 16 June 2009.
