The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the code of civil procedure act in (the Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 23, no. 15; 2001; 2002; 2003, no. 24, 15; 2004, nr. 6, 10, 14, 20; 2005, nr. 7, 14; 2006, nr. 1, 13, 20, 24, 3. No; 2007, nr. 24; 2008, 13 no, 2, 6, 2009. no) such amendment : turn the third subparagraph of article 572.1 last sentence.
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
