The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on Declaration of residence make the law on Declaration of residence (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 16; 2003; 2006, nr. 9, 9. No; 2007, no. 20, no. 2, 2009) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the 14.1 article.
2. To supplement the law with article 14.2 following wording: "article 14.2. The State fee for news about registration of residence declared on the news declared residence registration duty payable, the amount, the payment order and relief shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. "
3. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 11: "11. registration of residence costs for the period from 27 April 2006 to 30 June 2009 the municipalities covered from the State budget expenditure for this purpose in 2010 one dollar per case of registration of residence in accordance with the request of the local authorities."
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 11 June 2009.
