The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: constitutional law in the Security Office to make the constitutional protection Bureau Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, no. 11; 1996, no. 23; 2002, 2003 16 no; no 8; 2004, nr. 9) follows: 1. in article 3: turn off paragraph 10;
to supplement the article with this paragraph 11: "11) national risk analysis, preparation, in cooperation with the security police and military intelligence and security service."
2. Replace article 5 of the ninth paragraph, the words "the National Security Council and information analysis service" with the words "and the National Security Council".
The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
The Parliament adopted the law of 18 June 2009.
President Valdis Zatlers in Riga V 2009 July 2 editorial comment: the law shall enter into force on July 3, 2009.
