The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the movement of genetically modified organisms Act to make movement of genetically modified organisms Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2008, no 1) follows: 1. 11. 19. transitional provisions be supplemented with paragraph 4 by the following: "4.
