The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: law on Civil protection in the Civil Protection Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, no. 22, no. 16; 2008; 2009, 7 no) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the article 9 paragraph 2 of the third paragraph, the words "(including the defences of civil protection)".
2. Turn off the second part of article 10 paragraph 1 of the words "civil protection and defences".
3. turn off article 13, third paragraph, the words "civil protection defences".
4. Turn off the article 14.
The Parliament adopted the law of 16 July 2009.
