The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment State and local divestment in the law to make State and local Divestment Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 23; 2004, nr. 2; 2005, 2006 15 No; 1., 14., no., 9, 14; 2007. no; 2008, no. 24; 2009, No 14; Latvian journal, 2009, 100. No.) express the following amendment: article 38 the third part as follows: "(3) the real estate Change relative price difference may not exceed 20 percent, and the difference is covered by the money."
The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
The law adopted by the Parliament in 2009 on September 10.
