The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on the completion of land reform in rural areas" to make the law "on the completion of land reform in rural areas" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1997, nr. 23; 1998, nr. 6; 1999, no. 5, 10, 15; 2005; 2007, nr. 3, 14 no, no 16; 2008; 2009, no. 14) the following amendments: 1. Replace article 2 of the eighth part numbers and the words "30 December 2009" with the figures and the words "30 December 2010.".
2. in article 4: replace the first subparagraph of paragraph 1, the numbers and the words "31 March 2010" with the figures and word "31 March 2011";
to make the second and the third part as follows: "(2) the State land service of the territorial unit shall prepare and submit to the authorities, cadastral data to: 1) august 31, 2010 for those land units, of which up to 31 May 2010, has filed an application for a decision on the allocation of land for payment of property;
2) 2010 December 30, about the land units, of which up to 31 august 2010 have been submitted to the land plan for the registration of real estate cadastre of the State information system and the application for a decision on the allocation of land for payment of property;
3) 30 June 2011 for those ground units that do not have land redemption (purchase) contract with the State joint stock company "Latvian mortgage and land bank" by 2010 of 30 December.

The law will enter into force in 2009, on 15 October.
