The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the corruption prevention and combating Bureau officers retirement pension law to make the corruption prevention and combating Bureau officers retirement pension Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2008, no. 22, no. 15, 2009) the following amendment: Add to transitional provisions with paragraph 3 by the following: "3. This transitional rules 1 and 2 do not apply to the beneficiaries of the retirement pension that particular disability. "
The law shall enter into force on 1 November 2009.
The law adopted by the Parliament in 2009 October 15.
