The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of national material reserves to make the national material reserves Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2007, no. 15) the following amendments: 1. Replace article 4, first paragraph, the words "State Agency" spare "Materials" with the words "national security agency".
2. To make article 7 the second subparagraph by the following: "(2) the State fire and rescue service monitors, material reserves, use and update accounts."
3. Replace article 10 paragraph 4 of the first paragraph, the word "workouts" with the words "disaster management personnel involved in the training."
The Parliament adopted the law on 29 October 2009.
