The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: law on radio and television to make radio and Television Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1995, nr. 20; 1996; 1997, no. 22, 11., 23., 24. no; 1998; 1999, no. 6, 22, 24. No; 2001; 2002, 6, no, no; 2003, 22 12. No; 2005, no. 2; 2009, 2., 3., no. 21) the following amendments : 1. Turn off the article 13, paragraph 2 of the first paragraph, the words "the amount set by the Cabinet of Ministers".
2. in article 15: off in the third paragraph, the words "the amount set by the Cabinet of Ministers";
to supplement the article with the eleventh subparagraph by the following: "(11) for a broadcasting licence and registration duty payable. Government fees, payment procedures and relief shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. "
3. Article 31: Supplement to article 3.1 part as follows: "(31) each year to relay permissions Reregistration.";
to supplement the article with the sixth part as follows: "(6) for the retransmission of the authorisation and registration duty payable. Government fees, payment procedures and relief shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. "
4. Article 33: make eleven parts of the second sentence as follows: "with a view to re-registering a special permission (licence) cable and the kabeļradi (radiotranslācij) operation, the broadcaster submitted to national radio and Television Council details of the general concepts of the programme performance of the previous year and a document certifying the payment of State fees for special permissions (licenses) cable and the kabeļradi (radiotranslācij) for renewal action.";
Supplement to the twelfth article as follows: "(12) on the special permissions (licenses) cable or kabeļradi (radiotranslācij) the issuing and renewal of activity of State fee payable. Government fees, payment procedures and relief shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. "
5. Express article 47 the second subparagraph by the following: "(2) the Secretariat staff receive remuneration, determined in accordance with national and local government bodies and officials of employee rewards to the law."
6. Article 51 off fifth.
7. the express 54. the fourth subparagraph of article as follows: "(4) the President of the Council, his Deputy and other members of the Council shall receive remuneration, determined in accordance with national and local government bodies and officials of employee rewards to the law."
8. Supplement to article 54 paragraph 7 as follows: "7) take the Latvian Radio Choir Fund tracks the Latvian radio needs, to ensure heritage conservation."
9. Turn off the sixth article 57.
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
