The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on the family courts to make family courts Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, no. 15, no. 3; 2007; 2009, 2, 13, 14 no) the following amendments: 1. Express article 3, the second subparagraph by the following: "(2) To the President of the family courts, as well as Vice-President of the family courts and family courts Member who receives a monthly salary, the Municipal Council does not apply labour relations laws and regulatory provisions except for the provisions which define the different treatment of the ban, ban lead to adverse consequences, the working and rest time, wages, employee civil liability and, in so far as the limits otherwise provided by law. "
2. Turn off the chapter IX.
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
