The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the Latvian Code of administrative offences in the Latvian Code of administrative offences the following amendments: 1. Add to the first paragraph of article 215.1 after the number and the words "in the first paragraph of article 160.1" with numbers ", and" after a number 163.2 163.1 and the words "the second paragraph of article 166.9" — with a number and the words "166.10 article (about the violations of articles of precious metal and gemstone trade)".
2. Turn off the article 236.1.
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
