The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the national capital Act to make the Fund State Capital Fund Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2003, nr. 23; 2006, 8 No, no 2, 2009) the following amendments: Express article 11 the fourth paragraph as follows: "(4) the Director of the Fund and the Fund shall determine the remuneration of the employees of the Fund, the Council shall, in accordance with State and local officials and employees of the institutions of the law of compensation."
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
The law adopted by the Parliament in 2009 on 1 December.
