The Saeima has adopted and the President issued the following law: amendments to the law "on State pensions and State benefits during the period from 2009 to 2012" do the law "on State pensions and State benefits during the period from 2009 to 2012" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2009, 14, no. 21) the following amendments: 1. 13. article. 3. Transitional provisions: replace the words "transitional provisions" with the words "transitional provisions";
