The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment in the epidemiological safety law to make epidemiological safety law (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 3; 2000, no. 10; 2004, nr. 5, 10; 2006, nr. 10; 2007, 14, 21; 2008, 11 no no; Latvian journal, 2009, 189. No.) following amendment: Add to article 6 to the fifth subparagraph by the following: "(5) the cabinet shall determine the amount and the order in which the State fee payable for the following health inspection services provided: 1) for opinion on the harmonisation of the protection zones around the water sampling sites;
2) for opinion on health claims on food products. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
The law adopted by the Parliament in 2009 on 1 December.
