The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on the amendment of treatment done treatment Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1997, no. 15; 1998, nr. 7; 2000, no. 13, no. 15; 2001; 2004, nr. 9, 13, 14; 2005; 2006, no. 14. No; 2007, 8, 21, 24 no; 2008, 13. no; 2009, 10, 15 no) following amendment: to make article 4 second subparagraph by the following : "(2) the municipal institutions, State and municipal corporations in the public and private corporations in the medical treatment of the person employed, which provided from the State budget paid for health care services to the medical institution that has entered into a contract for health care services provided for payment, receive remuneration in accordance with national and local government bodies and officials of employee rewards to the law."
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
The law adopted by the Parliament in 2009 on 1 December.
