The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of the equipment cabinet to make the Cabinet equipment Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2008, no. 13; 2009, 2, 13, 14 no; Latvian journal, 2009, 193. No.) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the article 34, third and fourth.
2. Turn off the article 36 the second, fifth and sixth.
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
The Parliament adopted the law in 2009 December 10.
