The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on civil servants in the civil law of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2000, nr. 19; 2001; 2002, 9 no, 14, 23; 2003, nr. 12. No; 2005; 2006, 10 No 20, 24 no; 2007; 2008, 13 no, no 24; 2009, no 2; Latvian journal, 2009, no. 196) the following amendments: 1. Express article 15, first paragraph, point 2 as follows: "2) irrespective of their political beliefs to be loyal to the legitimate Government and to respect the political neutrality. According to the political neutrality of the civil service officer in the execution of their duties guided only by professional criteria and decision making is independent of political influence; ".
2. Replace article 34, the word "official" with the words "If it is provided for by law, the clerk".
3. Add to article 41 (1) of the "m" section with the following: "m) due to the inability to perform his duties for health reasons, and the doctor's opinion;".
