The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on environmental impact assessment" make law "on environmental impact assessment" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, nr. 23; 2001, no. 13, no. 15; 2003; 2004, nr. 7; 2005, 20. No; 2007, nr. 14; Latvian journal, 2010, 102, no. 205; 196. in 2011, no; 2014, 119 no) following amendment: Add to article 13 to the fifth subparagraph by the following: "(5) the issue of the technical regulations of State fee payable. Toll facilities and the arrangements for payment shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. " The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2016. The Parliament adopted the law 2015 November 30. The President r. vējonis 2015 in Riga on December 18.
