The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: law on the support of the unemployed and jobs seekers to make the unemployed and job seekers support Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 12; 2004, nr. 11, 8. No; 2005; 2006; 2007, no. 13, no. 15; 2009, 6., no. 15; Latvian journal, 2010, 51/52.nr.; 2011, 96, no. 190; 2013, no 128) the following amendments: 1. in article 3.1: turn off the first part of paragraph 3, the word "operator"; to make a fifth by the following: "(5) the measures of persons employed regional mobility organised in order to reduce unemployment in the accession to the risk associated with the movement of employees between the declared place of residence and place of work." 2. in article 4: make a tenth as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers (10) the European globalisation adjustment fund funding, and the conditions for the use of active employment and reduction of unemployment prevention measures to the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 to Regulation (EU) no 1309/2013 for the European globalisation adjustment fund (2014-2020) and repealing Regulation (EC) no 1927/2006."; to supplement the article with the thirteenth part as follows: "(13) the cabinet shall determine this law, article 6 of the eighth State in the information system structure, the data to be included and their processing rules and procedures." 3. Supplement article 6 with the eighth and the ninth subparagraph by the following: "(8) in order to ensure the support of the unemployed and job seekers, provide quality services for employers, as well as meet other State employment laws and regulations the Agency tasks, this agency organizes, manages and maintains state information system" of the unemployed and the registered vacancies information system ". (9) State employment agency concluded a contract with the society of the delegation "Union of the deaf" to the society of surdotulk services provided educational programs for learning and interaction with other natural and legal persons, the implementation of article 3 of this law referred to in the first paragraph of the active employment measures and the law referred to in article 3.1, the preventive measures to reduce unemployment. If necessary, the Association "Union of the deaf" in the implementation of the delegated tasks involving corporations in which it is a member (shareholder). Implementation of the delegated tasks, the Association "Union of the deaf of Latvia" is located in State employment agency's functional supervision. " 4. To supplement the law with article 8.1 as follows: "article 8.1. The obligation to publish information on State employment agency vacancies portal of State and local bodies as well as companies in which the State or a municipality part share capital exceeds 50 individually or in general interest information on open for candidates to job vacancies published by the National Agency for employment vacancies portal, including: 1) name of employer (company) and the registration number; 2) vacancies in the profession or job title, applicant requirements, expected service or duration of the employment relationship, workplace address, announced the deadline set in the tender (which may not be less than 10 days and more than 20 days from the date of the invitation to tender), and submission of the application. " 5. in article 10: make the first part of paragraph 9 by the following: "9) is not in prison, except for a custodial sentence in the open prison, or long-term social care or social rehabilitation institution that services fully financed from the State or municipality budget."; to supplement the article with the fourth paragraph as follows: "(4) an application for the granting of the status of an unemployed person shall submit to the State employment agency. If the application is filed by the single State and local government services portal www.latvija.lv online set up for this purpose, the applicant form identifies the person using the site authentication features available. " 6. Express article 12, first paragraph, point 3 as follows: "3) going into prisons (except the open prison) or long-term social care or social rehabilitation institution that services fully financed from the State or municipal budget;". 7. Article 13: Supplement to the second part of the article as follows: "(2) an unemployed person who is serving a custodial sentence in an open prison, is entitled to the first part of this article 4 and point 5 of these services and to participate in this law article 3, first paragraph, 2, 3 and the measures referred to in point 3.1.; believe the current text of the first part of the article. 8. Supplement article 15 with 1.1 part as follows: "(11) the application of job seekers for the granting of the status of the person shall submit to the State employment agency. If the application is filed by the single State and local government services portal www.latvija.lv online set up for this purpose, the applicant form identifies the person using the site authentication features available. " 9. in article 16: make the second part of paragraph 3 as follows: "3) where the person is employed and the necessary measures of regional mobility, to reduce unemployment in the accession to the risk associated with a person's movements between the declared place of residence and jobs." make the third paragraph as follows: "(3) the first subparagraph of point 2 and 3 are also set out in 13 years the age of persons who comply with this law, article 2, second paragraph, and article 15, first paragraph, 1, 2, and 5. the requirements of point and the General, special education or vocational training institutions. Such persons may also be involved in this law article 3, first paragraph, point 3 of the employment measures referred to in the summer vacation. " 10. transitional provisions be supplemented with 20 and 21 as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers 20 before March 31, 2016, does article 4 of this law referred to in the tenth on the European globalisation adjustment fund funding, and the conditions of the use of active employment and reduction of unemployment prevention measures to the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 to Regulation (EU) no 1309/2013 for the European globalisation adjustment fund (2014-2020) and repealing Regulation (EC) no 1927/2006-the new Cabinet of Ministers regulations in force coming into the day, but no longer than up to March 31, 2016, is applicable to the Cabinet at the 2010 august 10 Regulation No 762 "European globalisation adjustment fund funding, and the conditions for the use of active employment and reduction of unemployment prevention measures", in so far as they do not conflict with this Act. 21. The Cabinet of Ministers until 30 June 2016, does article 4 of this law in the thirteenth part these provisions. " The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2016. The Parliament adopted the law 2015 on December 3. The President r. vējonis 2015 in Riga on December 23.
