Add to article 11, the second subparagraph of paragraph 135 the following: "135) on the competition law assessment of the merger." 2. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 180: "180. This law, article 11, paragraph 135 of the second subparagraph shall enter into force on March 1, 2016."
