The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: law on State funded pensions in State funded pension Act (the Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2000, nr. 7; 2002, nr. 24; 2004, nr. 2, 9.; 2005, 12. No; 2006, 21 no, 12; 2007; 2008, nr. 21. no; 2009, 1., 10., 14. no; Latvian journal nr. 206., 2010; 2012, nr. 189; 2013, 142, no. 187; 2014, 75 no). the following amendments: 1. in article 10: to supplement the first part with a 1.1 point as follows: "11) provides occupational pension scheme contributions of members of the management, transfer the accrued pension funded from funds seeking equity managers, occupational pension scheme members changing the investment plan or termination of the membership of occupational pension schemes and occupational pension funds to transfer capital managers investment plan Exchange;"; to supplement the article with the fourth paragraph as follows: "(4) the first paragraph of this article and paragraph 1 1.1 tasks in accordance with the law of public administration facilities may be delegated to private individuals. In carrying out these tasks, the individual is under the Agency's functional. " 2.
