The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of the equipment cabinet to make the Cabinet equipment Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2008, no. 13; 2009, 2, 13, 14 no; Latvian journal, 2009, 193, 205. no; 2010, no. 106, 205; 2014, No 123) the following amendments: 1. To supplement article 3 after the words "the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia", with the words in brackets "(hereinafter the Constitution)". 2. Supplement article 30 of part 1.1 in the following wording: "(11) a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers and a decision can take place, it can be assumed with just the Prime Minister and three other cabinet members when the country declared a State of exception declared war or the President of the Cabinet of Ministers on the protection of the necessary steps the military kicked out (article 44 of the Constitution)."
