The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: on the banks of the constitutional amendments in the University article 1. The Senate is empowered to consider questions if it participates in the hearing not less than two-thirds of the senators. The audit work of the Commission is governed by the provisions of the Audit Commission. 32. The academic Tribunal consists of five members. Four members for three years, by secret vote, elected by the constituent Assembly of the academic staff. X. international cooperation contributes to the 90 universities in international cooperation with universities in other countries, the implementation of student and academic staff and university exchange programmes and international university cooperation programs in research. 91.
