The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the public procurement law to make public procurement law (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, nr. 10, 6. No; 2007; 2009, no. 17; Latvian journal 2010, 91 no; 2012, 24, 109 no; 13, 129, 183, 194. no; 2014, 175, 204. no; 2015, 107, no. 242.) the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 10 after the number and the words "article 29 of the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh part" with a number and the word "the" in article 46.2. 2. Supplement article 17, third paragraph, after the words "the provisions on the protection of the environment and climate change, the promotion of prevention with the words" energy efficiency ". 3. Add to article 46, first paragraph, point 1, after the words "environmental compliance" with the words "climate change, energy efficiency". 4. To supplement the law with article 46.2 of the following: "article 46.2.
