The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of national material reserves to make the national material reserves Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2007, no. 15; 2009, nr. 23) the following amendments: article 10, first paragraph: Add to part with 1.1 as follows: ' 11) emergency contingency situation, if the risk to human health or life; " supplemented with paragraph 8 by the following: ' 8) mass of asylum seekers in case the implementation of the measures to be taken.
