The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on the Central Election Commission" to make the law "on the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, no. 2; 1996; 1998, no. 24, no. 12; 2000, no. 23; 2002, nr. 14; 2004, nr. 6; 2006, nr. 10; 2008, 13, 16, 3, 2009. no no; Latvian journal, 2009, 200. No.) the following amendments: 1. Replace article 13, the word "challenge" with the word "appeal".
2. Supplement article 18, with 6.1 points by the following: ' 61) parliamentary election law and election law cases notified to the relevant authorities, which candidate takes the place of members who abandoned the Parliament or the European Parliament mandate or for any other reason it lost. "
