The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: amended strategic movement in the law to make strategic movement of goods Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2007, no. 15; 2009, No 9) follows: 1. 7. Replace article 11 paragraph 2, fourth subparagraph, the words "radiation safety Center" with the words "national environmental radiation safety service center".
8. Replace article 13 the words "radiation safety Center and the national environmental guard" with the words "and the national environmental guard".
9. Replace article 14 the words and figures "of Regulation 1334/2000 in annex 1" with the words and figures "regulation 428/2009" in annex 1.
10. Replace article 15 in the first and third sentence, the words and figures "of Regulation 1334/2000, annex 1" with the words and figures "regulation 428/2009 annex 1" and in the third sentence, the words "radiation safety Centre", with the words "national environmental radiation safety service center".

7. Amendment of article 5.1 of the Act, which provides for the security police to issue a special permit (license) commercial activity with the national strategic goods and services listed in the list of special devices, as well as the Cabinet of Ministers duly certify such devices, shall enter into force on the 1 October 2010.
