The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: For real property disposal public needs: the national road A12 (route E22) Jēkabpils-Rēzekne-Ludza – Russian border (Terehov) stage of the reconstruction of the Ludza-Terehov article 1. (1) to dispose of public needs: the national road A12 (route E22) Jēkabpils-Rēzekne-Ludza – Russian border (Terehov) stage of the reconstruction of the Ludza, Terehov, following real estate: 1) real estate "chalcedony" (cadastral no 002 0031 6896, registered in the land registry office of Ludza zaļesje parish land partition no 1000 0011 5001) the land units (cadastral designation 6896 002 0142) part 210 square meters area in zaļesje parish, Zilupe municipality;
2) real estate "Holcedon" (No. 001 0121 6878 cadastral, land registry Department of the Ludza is registered in the land registry of the parish of nirza partition no 1000 0020 1286) the land units (cadastral designation 6878 001 0120) part 14 900 square meters in area and land units (cadastral designation 6878 001 0121) 4938 square metre area in the parish, nirza Ludza district.
(2) the first part of this article, paragraph 1 of the real estate in the movable parts of the boundaries shown in annex 1 of this Act, and the movable parts of the boundary description given in annex 2 of this law.
(3) the first subparagraph of this article referred to in paragraph 2, the real estate part of the movable boundaries shown in annex 3 of this Act, and the movable parts of the boundary description given in annex 4 of this law.
2. article. 1. This law referred to in the first subparagraph real estate seized by the law "on property expropriation in the public or the public needs".
3. article. The Ministry of transport of this law article 1 referred to in the first paragraph of real estate legislation in accordance with the procedure laid down in the land of the record on behalf of the Ministry of transport of persons.
The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
