The Saeima has adopted and the President issued the following law: amendments to the law "on accounting" make law "on accounting" (the Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1992, 44/45.nr.; The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1995, nr. 3, 23; in 1996, no 24; 1999, no. 15; 2000, no. 10; 2003, no. 12; 2004, no. 6; 2006, no. 10; 2009, no. 9) the following amendments: 1. Make article 13, fifth subparagraph, the first sentence as follows: "the first, second and third part do not apply to individual companies, farmers and fishermen whose holdings in turnover (revenue) of economic transactions in the preceding financial year exceeds 200 000 LVL and sorts the books in a simple entry in the system, individual business operators and other natural persons carrying out economic activity."
2. in the third subparagraph of article 15.1: turn off the first sentence, the words "the State control and";
to supplement the first sentence with the words "and the Latvian Association of accounting outsourcing."
3. To replace the law, the transitional provisions in paragraph 7 the number and the word "2011" with a number and the word "2013".
The Parliament adopted the law of 10 June 2010.
