The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on meetings, processions and pickets" do the law "on meetings, processions and pickets" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1997, no. 4; 2003, No 10; 2004, nr. 8; 2005, no. 24, no. 11; 2007; 2009, no. 2) amendments are as follows: 1. To make article 13, second subparagraph by the following: "(2) the application shall be made not earlier than 4 months and not later than 10 working days before the event in question. If the event for which the event is held, it was not possible to find out earlier than 10 working days before its application for a meeting, or the organisation of the travel moratorium submitted at the earliest opportunity, but not later than 24 hours before the planned event. "
2. To make the fourth part of article 14 paragraph 1 of the following: "1) order of the list maintainer with their signatures, certifying the consent to participate in the procedure, a copy of the contract or, if the event organizer of the public order and security during the event has entered into a contract with the security guard merchants;".
The Parliament adopted the law of 16 June 2010.
