The Saeima has adopted and the President issued the following law: amendments to the law "on pollution" make law "on pollution" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no. 9; 2002, 16; 2004, nr. 2. 3. in article 32.1: put the name of the article as follows: "article 32.1. Emissions allocation plans and equipment list ";
replace the first paragraph, the words "the fifth part of" with the words and figures "fifth part 1 and 2";
replace the third paragraph 13, the words and figures "fifth in points 2 and 3 the words" and "fifth" in paragraph 2;
to supplement the article with the fifth, sixth and seventh subparagraph by the following: "(5) the Ministry of the environment and development, the Cabinet of Ministers approved equipment list for each article of this Law 24.1 fifth period referred to in paragraph 3.

4. in article 32.2: Add to the first paragraph, after the word "plan" with the words "or" list of equipment;

(3) the national environmental service shall decide on the second part of the data referred to in the approval. 8.
